INCLUDED IN YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • "Attending the Set Wave OOO was the reset I needed. Being able to start the day with quiet and movement allowed a peaceful and communal entry to the day. Each day was filled with activities, but allowed optionality to engage or step back for reflection as needed."

  • "Katie has truly been able to build the most incredible community! The out of office retreat is an amazing reset! It has been a privilege to attend out of office retreats the last 2 years."

  • SWC puts on the best yoga events and experiences! Movement sequences, vibes, messaging are all tailored to perfection. Katie is an exceptional leader and very thoughtful with every piece of SWC. I’m always looking forward to the next one!
