EVERYONE IS BURNT OUT.
We’re giving it our all at work, home, and everywhere else. Exhausted and disconnected, we move through our days on autopilot. We crave presence, rest, and connection, but rarely give ourselves permission to slow down and access it. Set Wave exists to interrupt that cycle.
Set Wave is a salve for the modern day experience. Through yoga, sculpt, and somatic practices, I create experiences designed as small, intentional pauses. I help busy humans press pause, reconnect with themselves and the places they call home.
Set Wave’s pop-up model brings yoga into everyday yet unexpected spaces. The goal is to create moments of flow and shared presence that strengthen connection to your body, others, and community. Rooted in yoga and shared alongside others, Set Wave creates a space to reset without pressure to be anything but present.
